PCG offers free shipping to our customers. Each package is fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

How Long Will it Take to Ship Your Order

PCG packages and ships your order within 3 business day following the date of confirmed payment. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your payment has cleared, PCG will start the process of packaging and shipping the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and the tracking number.

Can You Ship My Order to a Post Office Box?

Yes, orders shipped registered and insured U.S. mail can be sent to a P.O. Box. If a different shipping method is used, you must specify a street address for shipment. A signature may be required upon delivery of your package.

Wrapping and Shipping

All our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped and do not give any indication as to the contents inside.

PCG orders are shipped Registered/Insured U.S. Mail or Fedex. Each package is fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery. Packages can take on average 1-10 business days for delivery. The tracking number will be provided via email to you upon the date of shipment.


PCG fully insures all of its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy.

Exclusions. PCG will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery services to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or if you have given the carrier instructions to leave your package with anyone other than the addressee. This includes but is not limited to a building manager, neighbor, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc., The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, etc. Additionally, we will not assume responsibility for packages that are signed for by apartment/complex building management, a business mailroom, the Military Postal Service or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order.

If coins are lost or damaged in transit, PCG will pursue a claim with the insurance company. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

Your Order Was Delivered Incomplete or There Are Some Other Issues with the Order

If your order was delivered with no signs of being tampered with, but appears to be an incomplete or missing product, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Please note that notification of issues for tampered packages must be made within two (2) business days and any return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from receipt.

Your Package Appears to Have Been Damaged or Tampered With

We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to PCG for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact PCG at 888-244-3717 within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.

Your Package Appears to be Lost

We see very few delivery issues with our carriers, but sometimes delays do occur. Should the package not arrive within 10 business days, an investigation of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded. We may ask you to file a police report if it appears loss is due to theft or tampering. Your assistance speeds up the investigation and the sooner we complete it, the sooner we can resolve the missing order.

Does PCG Ever Back Order Items?

Supply and demand problems occasionally occur in our business. From time to time, we have more buyers than sellers. If you ordered an item which has been previously sold or we are out of stock, we will either place it on back order, attempt to locate another or a refund will be given.

Is a Signature Required?

Expedited shipping, whether via Fedex or the U.S. Postal Service, requires a signature for delivery.
